Conceptualizes, plans, designs, analyzes microwave components for customer specification.

Provide project leadership and technical support as required.

Support product development from concept through transfer to production.

Interface with manufacturing to assist with resolving production and technical problems.

Interface with customers and potential customers on technical issues and in the design phase on new products.

Write technical proposals, estimate costs and manage projects from concept to product launch.

Interface with Sales and Marketing Team in responding to requests for quotes and opportunities for new business.

Required Skills:

Must have experience with designing microwave components, for example filters antennas, coaxial & microstrip designs, ferrite design of isolators and circulators would be a plus.

Must have strong analytical and design methodology skills

HFSS modeling skills a must.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, and RF Test equipment

Qualifications

Requires Minimum BSEE and 4 + years Microwave RF Component Design Experience

Experience with high power devices and ferrite device a plus.
