We are searching for a development engineer to design a broad range of filters for the DOD, Aerospace and Telecom marketplace. The ideal candidate will have design skills, be competent with testing, tuning, software, training, machine operations and manufacturing. Experience working with the marketing team and customers would be a plus. The position reports to the president of this successful medium sized company that is located in the mid Atlantic states. We need a very self-motivated person to take responsibility for this product line. Compensation rewards, and bonus, determined by performance. All necessary tools and support are provided. Our client has been a leader in the design and manufacture of RF and microwave filters and related products for more than 20 years. Our broad array of filters and other products are employed in commercial, aerospace and defense, and industrial applications throughout the world. We specialize in rapidly responding to customer needs and creating cost effective solutions to meet them. Our products include duplexers, diplexers, triplexers, bandpass, lowpass, highpass, and bandstop filters in lumped element (LC), ceramic, cavity, crystal, SAW, and helical configurations. Response types include Chebyshev, Butterworth, elliptic, Gaussian, flat group delay, and proprietary designs that combine classic topologies to produce an optimized solution. they also manufactures power dividers, directional couplers, circulators, terminations, cable assemblies, and antennas.
